Original silk x wool felt fabric from Yamagata Prefecture, Yonezawa, used in Blanc YM's wide shirt.
For the warp yarn, extremely fine silk yarn of 2/170 is used, and Australian wool of 1/48 is blended into the twill fabric, carefully kneaded in a felting machine,
resulting in a material that has the appearance of a flannel shirt while also combining the luster of silk and the warmth and volume of wool.
Blanc YM's standard wide silhouette features a larger back body, giving it a moderate distance from the skin.
Instead of a shirt factory, it is intentionally sewn at a high-quality textile sewing factory,
and although it falls within the category of shirts, it has a charming expression reminiscent of a light outerwear that feels cozy.
※ Due to the felting process, hand washing is possible, but due to the characteristics of the fabric, there may be some shrinkage. Please be aware of this in advance.

Blanc YM's brand concept is "Universality, Diversity, +α".
While being a minimal design, it adds details that give a sense of discomfort, presenting clothes that seem "not quite there". The "Blanc" in Blanc YM's brand name means "white" in French.
It was named with the desire to create not just white clothes, but garments without margins or colors.
Blanc YM Designer Profile
The designer is Yutaro Miyauchi. After graduating from Bunka Fashion College, he helped various brands and established his own brand "Blanc" at the age of 25. Since the spring/summer season of 2016, he has been expanding under the brand name "Blanc YM" with his initials YM.
