Modern gimmick for an evolved P coat for adults
-Design-
While inheriting the aesthetics of traditional P coats, this raglan sleeve P coat skillfully incorporates modern essence.
The raglan sleeves naturally fit around the shoulders, and the belt made of the same fabric at the waist creates an elegant and urban atmosphere reminiscent of a trench coat, distinct from the heavy and classical P coat.
The front features a beautifully balanced 6-button design.
Buttons are placed at the collar's tip, allowing for a stand-up collar style.
You can enjoy various silhouette changes with a single piece by blousing the belt or casually wearing it open.
-Material-
A special material carefully woven over time using a vintage low-speed shuttle loom from a long-established factory in Bishu, one of Japan's leading wool textile production areas, since the Taisho era.
Using high-quality lamb wool from Tasmania (Super100's) as the base, special yarns have been blended with slightly rougher wool materials in homage to the origin of the P coat (PEA meaning "coarse wool fabric" in Dutch).
The fabric structure, which is a standard 1/2 twill variation, offers a unique nuance along with the overwhelming hand-woven-like fullness, tightly packed toughness, and an irresistible warmth and rich texture provided by the shuttle loom.

Blanc YM's brand concept is "Universality, Diversity, +α".
While being a minimal design, it adds details that give a sense of discomfort, presenting clothes that seem "not quite there". The "Blanc" in Blanc YM's brand name means "white" in French.
It was named with the desire to create not just white clothes, but garments without margins or colors.
Blanc YM Designer Profile
The designer is Yutaro Miyauchi. After graduating from Bunka Fashion College, he helped various brands and established his own brand "Blanc" at the age of 25. Since the spring/summer season of 2016, he has been expanding under the brand name "Blanc YM" with his initials YM.
