Returns Policy
In principle, we do not accept exchanges or returns after an order has been placed.
Please place your order with this understanding.
Carefully consider the product color, size, and design before placing your order.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via email before placing your order.
If you receive a defective product or a product that differs from your order,
please contact Customer Service at customerservice@rerope.net
If the contact is not made within 7 days, even for unopened products, we may not be able to accept the return.
If a replacement product cannot be provided, we will issue a refund instead.
Please note that refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
・If you have not contacted us within 7 days of receiving the product.
・Products that have been used, damaged, or soiled by the customer during fitting.
・Products with odors from perfume, tobacco, etc.
・Products with damaged, lost, or discarded original packaging, instructions, bags, or product tags.
・Products where the packaging is considered part of the product and has been opened.
・Sale items or items included in lucky bags.
・Products that have been altered, such as repairs or hemming, or cleaned.
・Products purchased via reservation or special order.
・Hygiene products such as underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, and perfumes.
Return Shipping Costs
We will cover the shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
For returns due to customer preference, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Product Colors
While we strive to make the colors of the images as close to the actual product as possible,
the colors may vary slightly depending on your PC environment or monitor.
Please be aware of this in advance.
Cooling-Off Period
The "Cooling-Off" system applies to door-to-door sales and is not mandatory for mail-order sales.
Since our online store is a mail-order service initiated by customer access, the Cooling-Off system does not apply.
Availability Issues
As our inventory is linked with the store, there may be cases where the ordered item is sold in-store before your order is processed.
We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
Measures Against Fraudulent Orders
To prevent malicious acts such as fraudulent orders using someone else's name, address,
or phone number, we may take the following actions:
・Confirmation via email or phone after the order.
・If we cannot verify your identity via the registered phone number or email address, we may cancel the order.
・Orders may be declined based on past transaction history.
