IRENISA

IRENISA is a Japanese menswear brand created by designer duo Yu Kobayashi and Yuji Abe.
The concept of IRENISA is “CHIC WITH SARCASM”. A new clothing that combines three-dimensional designs, well-versed in the basics of mode, with craftsmanship. It incorporates triggers that change the perception of common sense.
With a playful spirit that is not bound by preconceived notions, it overturns the concept of clothing. It proposes what truly long-lasting clothing is and what incomplete completion means.

IRENISA Designer Profile
Yu Kobayashi gained pattern experience at Yohji Yamamoto. Yuji Abe has experience in planning, production, and design at Support Surface.
In 2018, they established “do-si LLC” as a designer duo based in Tokyo.
They started IRENISA from the 2020-21 autumn/winter collection.
They will start a women’s line from the 2025 spring/summer collection.
