Using a special high-density corduroy fabric produced from weaving, pile cutting, and final dyeing, all conducted in the famous Enshu area, known as the sole corduroy production region in the country.
By employing traditional inefficient weaving machines and taking the time to weave carefully, it leaves the fabric with rich volume without burdening it.
Through a rigorous process honed by skilled artisans, it achieves stunningly beautiful fuzziness and an astonishingly soft depth.
