-Material-
It uses linen with different thread counts for the warp and weft threads.
Using fine 44/1 for the warp and thicker 25/1 for the weft creates a moderate firmness and heaviness, resulting in an exquisite thickness that is not too heavy.
Moreover, it is woven into a classical Glen check pattern using linen threads dyed with a special dyeing method called "Naka-shirozome."
One of its features is the three-dimensional pattern created by not dyeing the center of the thread, allowing you to enjoy the natural color variations unique to linen.
The fabric has undergone air and wet tumbler processing to soften the strong firmness and stiffness typical of linen, giving it a soft texture as if it has been worn for many years.
Due to the wrinkle-resistant treatment, it is less likely to get wrinkled during wear, making it ideal for daily use.
