■ I didn’t receive an email
Please check if the email was filtered into your spam folder.
If you are using Gmail, the "Spam" folder is located under "Drafts" on the left side.
If you can't find it, you can also search for "in:spam" in Gmail's search bar to display it.

■ How to cancel an order
You can cancel your order from the order history page within 30 minutes after completing the order.
Please note that if your order has already been prepared for shipment, we cannot accept cancellations.

1.Log in to your "Account" and go to the "Order History" page.

2. Find the order you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Order" to proceed to the cancellation page.

3. Once the cancellation is complete, you will be notified by email.
